These terms apply only to the online store available at https://book.moominwrold.fi.

1. General

The Moominworld online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”) sells Moominworld entrance tickets and related services to consumer customers. These terms apply to all orders made through the Online Store. We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice.

2. Products and Prices

The products sold in the Online Store include entrance tickets to Moominworld, visit-related services, and digital products. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges.

3. Ordering and Agreement Formation

To place an order, the customer must provide a valid email address during the ordering process. The agreement is formed once the customer has completed the payment.

4. Payment Methods

Payments are processed through the NetsEasy service, which offers various payment methods such as online banking, credit cards, and mobile payments. The transaction is conducted securely via the NetsEasy service, and the Online Store does not store customers’ payment details.

5. Delivery

Entrance tickets and digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer immediately after payment confirmation. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the provided email address.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy

According to the Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) Chapter 6, Section 16, entrance tickets for specific dated events are not subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal. Customers can make changes to their order through the Online Store’s customer portal before their visit.

7. Complaints and Customer Service

If a delivered product is defective or the customer has not received their product, they should contact our customer service immediately by email at info@muumimaailma.fi.

8. Pets in Moominworld

Pets are not allowed in Moominworld.

9. Customer Behavior

Visitors to Moominworld must adhere to good conduct and general rules of order. If a customer is intoxicated or behaves inappropriately, they may be removed from the premises. No refunds will be given for paid services in such cases.

10. Force Majeure

Moominworld has the right to cancel a reservation due to force majeure (e.g., strike, fire, water damage, natural disaster, state of war, or any other factor that significantly impairs Moominworld’s operational capacity). In such cases, the full booking amount will be refunded to the customer.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to the Consumer Disputes Board or a competent court.
