Too-Ticky
The sensible and practical Too-Ticky is a friend of the Moomins. In the winter, she lives in the Moomins’ bathing hut with some invisible shrews. Too-Ticky wears a striped shirt, dark trousers, and a bobble hat, and she’s very fond of fishing and everything about the winter.
